AK 3bet vs 2 caller tournament

I feel that I don t know what to do in this spot all the time when I 3bet AK and I have 2 callers.What s the play here with this stack? cbet and why? and if i cbet and MP1 calls what i do on the turn if i dont hit i think i am comited? and if i check i lose the hand 100%
