The 30 MINUTES TO VICTORY Contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States AND THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEVADA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OF CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAWS. You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or in Puerto Rico.

1. DATES OF CONTEST

Contest begins at 3:30 AM US Pacific Time (“PT”) on September 22, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on October 6, 2017 (the “Contest Entry Period”). Voting period begins at 3:00 AM PT on October 9, 2017 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on October 16, 2017.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Void outside of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Officers, directors, managers, and employees of LearnWPT (the “Sponsor”), and each of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, consultants and agents, as well as immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each such person, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Contest (collectively the “Contest Entities”) are not eligible to participate. “Immediate family member” shall be deemed to mean husband, wife, children, mother, father, sister, sister in-law, brother or brother in-law. Contest may only be entered in or from the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico, and entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. HOW TO ENTER

There is one (1) way to enter: (i) ONLINE: Entrants will receive (1) entry into the Contest by visiting 30 Minutes to Victory (the “Online Website”) during the Contest Entry Period and completing the Online Contest entry form in its entirety including: first and last name, email address, and Contest submission answer. Then, click the “Enter the Contest” button. All entries are subject to approval by LearnWPT at their sole discretion. Only approved entries are eligible for voting or winning. Eligibility criteria includes (but is not limited to) the DO’s and DON’T’s listed on the contest entry page: https://learnwpt.com/blog/30-minutes-to-victory-challenge/. Once submission is approved by Sponsor, entrant will receive email confirmation and one (1) entry into the Contest. Entries will not be approved if entrant uses offensive or disparaging language and advertises the use of specific products or services. All Online entries must be received by 11:59:59pm PT on October 6, 2017. Entries by the same Entrant after the first are void. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. There is a limit of one (1) entry per Entrant for the entire Contest Period. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Contest. Entries submitted by anyone other than the Entrant are void. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, entry will be declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. Any potential prize winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such person is the prize winner. Neither Sponsor nor any Contest Entity is responsible for any entry that is lost, late, illegible, stolen, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable, whether due to system errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delay in operations or transmissions, theft or destruction or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, human error, entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Only fully completed and approved entries are eligible. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor or Contest Entity.

4. VOTING

Voting period starts October 9, 2017 at 3:00 AM PT, and ends October 16th at 11:59PM PT. An email alert to participants will be used to remind them that the voting period has begun.

Votes will be captured and tallied by a 3rd Party Contest Management Platform. A valid email address or Facebook account may be required to vote. The entry receiving the most votes (as measured by the 3rd Party Contest Management Platform) at the end of the voting period will be deemed the Winner.

Voters may vote once per entry per day. By entering the Contest, Entrants fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Contest Entities, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. The Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing or transmission of the Submissions in the Contest. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of Submissions.

5. PRIZES GRAND PRIZES

One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Grand prize will consist of two (2) Months of Membership to LearnWPT.com. Prize includes two months access to online LearnWPT.com Membership features. Membership access during this two month period shall be subject to all Terms and Conditions. Total retail value of all Grand Prizes is $58.00.

6. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

All prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions or cash redemptions; except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. Prizes have no cash value. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. In the case of unavailability of any prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. Potential prize winner consent to the use of his/her name, likeness, biographical information, and voice in advertising worldwide without additional compensation (TN residents will not be required to sign a Publicity Release as a condition of winning a prize).

7. NOTIFICATION/CLAIM GRAND PRIZE

Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by LearnWPT by email on or about October 18, 2017 (the “Notification”). Grand Prize winner may be required to sign and return (except where prohibited) a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (the “Paperwork”) within two (2) days of the Notification. This Grand Prize is open to anyone 21 years of age or older. If any Grand Prize winner is unable to verify they are 21 years of age or older they shall be deemed ineligible and a new winner will be selected. If the potential Grand Prize winner fails to return the Paperwork within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, such potential Grand Prize winner and his/her entry will be disqualified and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be awarded to entry with the second most votes received. If the Notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and the alternate Grand Prize winner with the second most votes will be awarded the grand prize. The value associated with the Grand Prize is taxable as income and the Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the Grand Prize. The Sponsor must report the value of the Grand Prize to the Internal Revenue Service in the year the Grand Prize is received by the Grand Prize winner. Grand Prize winner will be provided detailed instructions on how to redeem their Grand Prize upon receipt of the signed Paperwork. No compensation will be provided for any prizes that are not able to be awarded to a prize winner. or participation in any promotion related activity or participation in this Contest.

8. CONDITIONS

All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. By participating in this Contest, Entrants and prize winner agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Contest Entities, which are final in all respects and not subject to appeal. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify permanently from this Contest any Entrant it believes has violated these Official Rules and verify eligibility of Entrants. Neither Sponsor nor anyone acting on its behalf will enter into any communications with any Entrant regarding this Contest, except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules. By participating in this Contest, Entrants, and prize winner release the Sponsor and each and all of the Contest Entities, from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Contest, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Contest. All Contest materials are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeited, altered, defective, damaged, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way, (c) are obtained where prohibited, or (d) they contain printing, typographical, mechanical, or other errors. Entrants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of Contest materials submitted to Sponsor. In the event any portion of this Contest is compromised by activities beyond the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Contest or this Contest, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest. Winning a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to use prize winner' names, addresses (city & state), voices and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity, for this Contest only, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Contest Entities. If for any reason this Contest is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest and randomly draw from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date to award prizes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.

9. NO LIABILITY

By participating, Entrants and prize winner agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, the Contest Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claims made by any Entrant, prize winner, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Contest as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from receipt, acceptance, possession, misuse or use of a prize

10. USE OF DATA

Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://learnwpt.com/privacy. By participating in the Contest, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.

11. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES/INDEMNIFICATION

Each person who enters this Contest represents and warrants as follows: (i) except as set forth herein, the Submission is the entrant’s own, produced by entrant; (ii) the Submission does not contain any computer virus (as applicable), is otherwise uncorrupted, is wholly original with entrant, and as of the date of submission, is not the subject of any actual or threatened litigation or claim; (iii) the Submission does not and will not violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party; and (iv) the Submission does not and will not violate any applicable laws, and is not and will not be defamatory or libelous. Each entrant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Sponsor harmless from and against any and all third party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses relating to or arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations or agreements of entrant hereunder.

12. LICENSE

For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and legal sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, each entrant hereby irrevocably and unconditionally grants to Sponsor, its successors and assigns the right (but not the obligation) to use entrant’s Submission in whole or in part, to reproduce, distribute, display and create derivative works of the entrant’s Submission (along with a name credit) in connection with the Contest and the marketing, advertising and promotion of the Contest, in any media now or hereafter known, for no additional compensation, by any and all means, media, devices, processes and technology now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity throughout the universe at no charge to Sponsor. The rights granted shall include, without limitation (i) all reproduction, distribution, adaptation, performance, and exhibition, broadcast and all other rights of communication to the public; (ii) the right to make changes to the Submission, and to use such Submission as Sponsor shall from time to time determine in its sole discretion; (iii) the right to authorize, prohibit and/or control the, reproduction, importation and/or other exploitation of the Submission as may be conferred under any applicable laws, regulations or directives, including, without limitation, any treaty, United States of America (“USA) directives and/or enabling or implementing legislation, or any law or regulation enacted by any State, Province or locale subject to the laws of the USA or any other jurisdiction; and (iv) all rights generally known as “moral rights” or “droit moral” rights (which shall include, without limitation, any similar or analogous rights under the applicable laws of any country of the world (including, without limitation, the so-called right of paternity, right of integrity, right of withdrawal and/or right of publication) which I may have in connection with the Submission (collectively, the “Moral Rights”)). In addition to the fullest extent allowable under any applicable law, each entrant hereby irrevocably waives or assigns to Sponsors entrant’s Moral Rights. Each entrant expressly acknowledges that many parties will contribute to the Sponsor “30 Minutes to Victory” contest. Accordingly, if under any applicable law the above waiver or assignment by entrant of the Moral Rights is not effective, then entrant agrees to exercise such rights in a manner that recognizes the contribution of and will not have a material adverse effect upon such other parties. Sponsor shall retain the rights granted in each Submission even if the Submission is disqualified or fails to meet the Submission Requirements or even it if it determined that the entrant who made the Submission is ineligible to enter the Contest or win a prize.
