What is a LearnWPT Digital Strategy Workshop?

LearnWPT 3-Day Digital Workshops are for players who are passionate about No-Limit Hold’em and want to learn next-level strategies.

Attendees will learn advanced tournament concepts as part of a brand-new curriculum, play a multi-table online tournament on ClubWPT.com*, and get professional feedback from the LearnWPT Instructors on all of the action.

During this Workshop you will:

  • Learn from expert teachers who’ve won multiple championships in the most high profile poker tournaments
  • Play an online Multi-Table Tournament with fellow students and receive great prizes
  • Receive in-depth, professional feedback on your play directly from LearnWPT Pros

After getting a game plan upgrade from Nick during Day 1 it's time to test your skills.


On Day 2 of the Digital Workshop you'll play a private online multi-table tournament on ClubWPT against fellow students. This is your chance to play your game, note hands that gave you trouble, and get ready for Professional feedback.

During the ClubWPT Tournament:

  • Think through each action and make your best decisions
  • Play with fellow students and receive great prizes
  • Note hands to discuss during the next day's Lab Session
  • HAVE FUN! Your Instructors will be giving analysis of your play, not what place you finish in the tournament

Interactive Lab Session

This is your chance to get interactive feedback directly from Professional poker players!


On Day 3 of the Digital Strategy Workshop, LearnWPT Instructors Nick Binger and Tony Dunst will give professional, in-depth analysis of the tournament action with all player's hole cards face up.

During this Transformational Session:

DAY 1 - SESSION 1:

Shuffle Up and Deal!

You’ll kick off Day 2 by applying what you've learned and testing your skills against fellow students in a private multi-table online tournament hosted on ClubWPT.com.

Focus on playing your best and don’t get too stressed out about your decisions. We’ll have some great prizes for top performers and there will be plenty of time on Day 3 to identify and fix your specific leaks. 

  • Think through each decision
  • Note any specific hands or questions along the way
  • Play with fellow students in an exclusive event

Interactive Lab Analysis

The LearnWPT Pros will provide analysis on all of the action from the ClubWPT tournament.

LearnWPT Instructors will provide you with guidance and strategic insight into your play and walk through the tournament hand by hand while examining key issues for each student. We’ll also answer any questions you have about your play in the event.

  • Live feedback of your play

  • Practice hand analysis in real-time

This interactive Lab Day session will give you invaluable one-on-one time with Professional players and Instructors as they provide a feedback loop and analysis of your game.

Nick Binger

Tony Dunst

Tony is a high-stakes pro, LearnWPT Instructor, and co-commentator for the World Poker Tour who has spent over seven seasons analyzing some of the most pivotal hands from World Poker Tour events.

Away from the bright lights of the WPT set, Tony is a force to be reckoned with both live and on the virtual felt. 

Tony was able to etch his name on the WPT Champions Cup, winning WPT Caribbean and in 2016 added another marquee title to his poker resume when he won a WSOP gold bracelet. Tony won his second WSOP bracelet in 2020 adding to his long list of live and online accomplishments.

A: The Digital Strategy Workshop and Lab Session will be hosted using Zoom. We will provide a link and instructions prior to the event on how to download and use Zoom.

Q: I Am Not a ClubWPT Member. Can I Play in the Tournament?
A: Yes! You do not need to be a Member of ClubWPT to play in the tournament. We will provide all attendees instructions for creating a free ClubWPT account to access the tournament. After purchase you will receive an email with more information regarding the tournament.

Q: Can I Legally Play in the Tournament?
A: To attend students must be 18 or older to play online games. Void where prohibited by law. Excludes Washington state.
Q: What Happens if I Bust Out of the Tournament the First Hand?
A: Tournament poker requires aggressive moves that focus on accumulating chips in order to win the biggest prizes. The result of these aggressive moves can sometimes be an early exit from the event.

If you happen to bust out in the early levels don’t worry! You’ll still get the benefit of the exclusive analysis of the entire tournament the next day and get an in-depth breakdown of your bust out hand by the LearnWPT Instructors. You’ll also be able to ask questions about concepts and strategies discussed during analysis of other hands played to reinforce your learning.
Q: I Want to Record Video/Audio of the Event, is that OK?
A: Please note that recording video or audio of the event is prohibited. Distribution and reproduction of the electronic recording of the Lab Session and Tournament is expressly prohibited without advance written permission. See our Terms for more details.
Q: What if I Can’t Make it? Can I Get a Refund?
A: Yes. You may cancel and get a full refund anytime 1 week prior to the event. Cancellations prior to the event but after the refund period will receive account credit for a future event. See our Terms for more details.
