I have observed a lot of 1-2NL cash games at my local poker room and it seems that 4 - 7 players see every flop. Can you suggest which episodes would best address how to play in these games. Also, we want to win but we want to be friendly. If it takes 10 big blinds ($20) to thin the field and people get p-o'ed at me, how should I handle that?
