1 pair and nut flush draw on the flop with the button

On the button I get 2 limpers in front of me.  Question 1: should i be raising or just calling with my A3 suited on the button here?  No one seemed to take the lead on the hand so I bet with bottom pair and nut flush in position.  Question 2: Sizing ok?  turn to me is a gin car with Nut Flush/and full house possibilities and then river a flush.  Question 3:  when Player leads out do you think i should ever be worried about them slo-playing a full-house here?  My thought is: if the turned full-house i would of heard from them on the turn.  Last:  My raise on the river of to $140 sizing ok to get value?
