I really like this concept of the 5% rule I feel that it makes me a much stronger player but should we be following this rule in tour us as well. I feel like we sometimes have such good odds we almost have to call and try to smash a flop and win a big pot. It may be with a hand that we don't want to fold but also don't want to risk a significant amount of chips preflop. We are confident in our post flop ability so maybe a call is the right move even if it is for say 9-12% of our stack. I would love to hear your opionon.
