AQo vs. pre flop shove during bubble play

Tournament- 21 were left, 18 get paid. 

UTG player opened wide from that spot, played it like a middle position most times.

Villain in mp2 is unknown, played tight since he sat down at the table. It was a good play. I felt like his range could be 10s+ AJ+ AQo+. So yeah, since it was near the bubble I folded. Was that the right play?
