Awkward stack preflop

Do I just rip it in preflop here? If blinds were deeper stacked i would have, but entire table was very shallow (I didn't enter values for players behind me, but everyone was less than 30 BB). My thinking was smaller bet size should get the job done. Is this entirely the wrong thinking by me? I struggle with awkward stack play like this. Do I just push regardless of how deep everyone is? Insight would be great, thank you!
