BB with pocket 10"s against 2 other players

UTG limps and then MP raises to $18 and everyone folds to me in BB and i just flat and UTG flats as well.  flop comes and UTG bet full pot and MP thinks for a minute and calls..  i thought for a minute and folded.. Should i fold here -raise or call.  UTG had QQ and MP did not show.  

i have trouble in these sort of spots.  i did not put UTG on QQ since he limped
