Can I fold pocket Aces here, and why?

Early in the tournament. No player or tournament specific considerations at this point.

Did I overvalue the soft equity of a premium pair against the button's range? Does his passive call pre-flop cap/tighten his range enough to make me feel good about my AA? Also, does the min-raise post flop (representing almost half his stack) demand the re-raise to put him all in?

I don't care so much about the outcome. If anything, I was expecting he could show up some of the time (rarely) with QQ here (maybe even 99), and I was still making this play. What I want to learn is if I missed a strategy point that would have led me to a fold.
