cash game question about bb and sb chopping

I always get asked in a cash game "If I chop" when it gets checked around to me and there have been no callers.  I wanted to know if it is more profitable to say NO.. or if it is better it say YES?

I know you dont think it is a good idea to strattle, but I have never heard you comment on the chopping of the blinds.
