FLOP CALL WITH HUGE POT PRE AND POST FLOP

Here is a situation where there was so much money in the pot pre and post flop with a 10000 starting chip tournament that it was hard to pass up a 20K cold call with second pair and a back door flush draw. Was I correct in calling the all-in in the big blind when getting 6 to 1 odds? Did I make a mistake calling this raise bet cold on the flop with second pair and backdoor flush draw? Did I make a mistake then folding on the turn when a blank hit that didnt help my hand?
