Flopped top set on Highly coordinated Board out of position

Couple of limpers in front of me and i raised and got 1 caller.  Flopped top set to straight and flush draw.  mad small continuation bet and got min raised.   I don't have that much behind so I don't think I can ever fold here even if I think he has a straight already right?

I guess I ran into a cooler.
