GTO Trainer - question

I just started working with the GTO trainer. It doesn’t appear like my options for raising are the correct amount. For example:

Tournament: Cutoff Open vs Big Blind Call

Shows 6.5 BB in the pot

Options to bet are 2BB or 5BB . I thought through past trainings that we should bet 1/2 - 3/4 of the pot as a continuation bet ?
