If you win/cash in a tournament, what is the appropriate % amount to tip staff/management? Are you tipping on your net profit (i.e., payout amount less entry fee) or gross payout amount? Do you have one specific % for dealers and one specific % additional for management? Do you consider the staff/dealer fee that may have already been included in the buy-in (or any 'staff bonus' amounts paid during entry)? I usually tip 3% of my net profit with 2% for dealers and 1% for management without considering any entry fee deduction taken for staff...Is that appropriate or too much/little? Thanks!
