Is AQ too good to fold with 30 bbs

This was a tournament with 20 players left and paid 3 spots. This was the 3rd consecutive hand that I bet 5000 and took the blinds in the previous 2. I thought that this fact would increase the range that a player would 3 bet. Also, The size of this bet made me think he did not want a call. Am I thinking about this correctly
