Is there enough missed draws in this villians hand range to make this river call

This was actually a 1-3 game but the hand input tool wasnt taking that. The game was Relatively loose aggressive. This villian was average for the table. I put into his hand range a lot of diamond draws as well as made hands. Would it have been better to shove the Turn since it it gave me an OESD. It certainly would not have worked in this case but how about as a default?
