Nash equilibrium & Awkward stack play

  • Warwick (Congleton)

The training shows pushing charts for up to 10BB

Snap shove shows larger blinds-are these still Nash equilibrium ranges?

I do find that many players will regularly shove 1st in with much higher than 10BB [not as a SB strategy]-is that a mistake?

I also find that if I wait to 10BB or less to shove then I tend to get called with a wide range

ie its not creating much fold equity

I have adapted my strategy to push/fold up to 15BBs as a consequence

I'd also like some clarification of the best strategy when in the awkward 15-25BB range

I am happy to reshove as described and this works well if at least x6 the 2 bet

However, is it also ok to:

[1] limp occasionally with certain hands [e.g. spec hands to hit big]-and fold to any action

[2] min 2 bet [and call or shove with better hands\fold weaker hands]

[3] shove all in [even with 25 BB] with mid pairs/weaker Aces

-if so, what are you looking for to make the best decision?

-would you only consider certain actions with particular stack sizes?
