Nut Flush Draw and Bottom pair in Position

I raised here on the button after 2 limpers and got 2 callers. Hit bottom pair and nut flush draw.  i made a standard C-bet to a little less than half pot and go a single caller. Checked the turn in postion( Should i bet here again for value or bluff?)  The river comes a no heart 2 and limper bets $35 in to me.  i just snap call.  Is there any merit to raising?  thanks
