If all three criteria are met to flat call pre-flop but a player to my left is very aggressive and actively 3 and 4 bets pre-flop, leaving me to assume that he or she will raise my call, should I still flat call or just go ahead and raise? If I do flat call and get raised by an aggressor, should I just call the raise or re-raise?
