Provided we are supposed to call only if the three criteria are met(MP, 5%, spec), is there a reasonable method to put our opponents on a range if they call FIRST IN after a raise? Be it our raise or someone else’s.... maybe related to the position they called from, stack size they have, etc?
Even though we’re not supposed to be first in caller, only in very specific situations, The fact is so many people DO call first in....and when they do I sometimes have a hard time putting them on a reasonable range.
