Re-Raising from early-mid position

I have a question regarding re-raising from early position.

There have been numerous scenarios where I have a hand for example KQs out of early position, somebody from late position raises standard x3 BB. Whilst KQs is not a first in hand strong enough to raise it is a hand that could be ahead of my opponents hand range in late position. 

Could I re-raise in this position?
