Should hero have shoved pre-flop?

As played, was it correct to shove on flop (SPR 1) or should hero have folded?

Notes on villain: when it was folded to him, villain was open raising 100% of the time (ATCs) with bets ranging from $25 to $50 with no apparent sizing tells. Most of his hands went to showdown as he was either 3 barrel bluffing a majority of the time (and getting called) or he was calling down with just K high, thinking he was being bluffed
