Shove or Fold with 8BBs vs UTG All In

Nine players left with all in the money. I have the second lowest stack at 8 BBs. The lowest stack (2BBs) is All in as the BB. UTG at 11 BBs shoves and it is folded to me in the cutoff. I have KJs. Average effective stack is 20 BBs. Shove or Fold?
