Villian mistakes with Pocket Kings and capitalizing on that as chip leader

Here I am the table chip leader with A2 hearts and call preflop based on calling criteria and have to call a reraise given my stack and post flop playability. Kings elect not to reraising eventhough the door was open and then I flop a monster set of deuces. I think the Kings made a mistake not moving all-in preflop as I probably would have folded and I think this shows that you have to maximize your pre-flop equity with Kings.  Did I play correctly or was there something I shouldve done differently given the circumstances?  Thanks much.
