Just played at a very annoying 1/2NL table. Over the first hour or so it was clear players wouldnt fold to almost any preflop raise. $30 and $35 raises were sometimes useless. Hands with 9 limpers, check callers and check raisers were the norm. So in a table like this where the buy in is $300, i felt like i could not lose even 25% of muy stack initially, as I would be in a position to basically not call on the 5% ruleor if I wanted to raise i would almost be pot committed. Weird and annoying - I came out almost even after 4 hours by being basically lucky - no chance to play real skill here. Is this a scenario where moving tables is probably best?
