The past 2 times I had KK there was a preflop raising war and I was up against AA both times losing My stack. Once there was was about 80 bb effective stacks and the other was 120 BB effective stacks. I know it would be infrequent but I Think it is important to talk about it because these can be expensive. Plaese also comment on when to fold QQ.
