When 1 or more of a player's hole cards combine with the community cards to form part of a 5 card poker hand. Occurs only when either the turn or river remain to be dealt. The most common draws are straight or flush draws. For example, you hold Ace Ten of hearts on a K52 flop that contains 2 hearts. In this instance you are said to be on a heart flush draw.
