You may need to whitelist our email address to ensure you receive the emails that will change your poker game!

Sometimes, emails are sent into the spam folder without your knowledge. This usually happens when an address has not been added to your contact list. Whitelisting emails is a way to avoid that. Whitelisting our email address informs your email provider that you want emails from LearnWPT and they should be allowed into your inbox rather than being filtered into spam.

If you are not receiving emails form LearnWPT check your spam or junk folder. Next, select an email from LearnWPT ([email protected]) and select the option for ‘not junk’ or however the email service labels the option. This should ensure that emails from LearnWPT will always end up in your inbox rather than spam. For more assistance see information below or email our Support Team at [email protected].

Follow These Instructions for Gmail:

• • In your inbox, locate an email from [email protected] (example: the welcome mail for the free strategy episodes)
• • Drag this email to the "primary" tab of your inbox

Follow These Instructions for Mail/Apple Mail:

• Both iOS Mail and OS X Apple Mail handle email whitelisting in the same way. Follow the below couple of steps to whitelist an email in apple mail.


• • Open your mail app
• • Select the sender address you want to add to your whitelist
• • Select ‘Add to VIPs’ or ‘Add to Contacts’ depending on your deviceDrag this email to the "primary" tab of your inbox

For other email service providers...

(Yahoo, AOL, etc.) please add us as a contact in your address book.

After Whitelisting you'll see that emails from LearnWPT will go to your primary folder in the future!
