20 bigs and a5 suited; chance to get back to average stack; time to take it?

My stack dropped to 20 bigs in a 2 day tournament. Average stack was 60,000 of the remaining players.  Folds to late position player also with top end of an awkard stack size who pushed all in. The button pushes all in. Is A5 suited strong enough to take my chance now getting over 3 to 1; and having a chance to stack back to average stack in the tournament with this hand? Thanks, Tim
