Flopped top pair and draw to a gut shot straight in position

$200 Effective stacks.     I have a suited 1 gapper on the button and call with my spec had.  I flop Top pair and a gut shot straight draw and a back door flush draw in Position.  Villian bets just under pot and I just call because it is now Heads up.  I have 9 outs on the flop is what i am figuring...Any 8 -7 or 9. Our rule is 2 pair or better or a draw of 8 outs or more...does this qualify as such?..I fold the turn when a K comes out.  should I have called in that spot?

This comes up often it seems and not sure how to play.   thank you
