Watch this FREE strategy video from LearnWPT Instructor Nick Binger as he explains the importance of identifying your Position at the table and how Position can determine your advantage in a hand both preflop and post flop.

Here are a few points from this video to remember whenever you are at the tables...

Tips For Determining Your Position:

Always count backwards from the Button ("dealer button") to determine your position
The type of hands you should play will change depending on where you and your opponent are sitting
The Button is the best seat at the table because it gives you the benefit of acting last
The amount of hands you can play will increase or decrease depending on your position:

  • Early Position = less hands
  • Middle Position = more hands
  • Late Position = even more hands

Understanding how to use Position to your advantage will make you a tougher opponent at the tables.
